Can I use a different email address for your site then I have setup on my PayPal account?
Yes
I just registered and submitted my payment to PayPal but haven’t received my login password.
Sometimes this could take a few minutes. Also be sure to check your spam or junk mail filters on your email to make sure it didn’t get caught there.
I got my registration and login information but it keeps asking me to make a payment again?
This can sometimes happen when the PayPal system is busy. If PayPal is experiencing heavy traffic it could take an hour or more for them to notify our system of your successufl payment. Since the PayPal system is out of our control (with regards to your credit card) we can’t do much about this one. If you are unable to log in within a couple hours please let us know using the contact us link above.
Can I change the password you sent me to something easier to remember?
Yes. Simply log into your account and click the “Membership Details” link to the right. From there you are taken to your dashboard where you can change your password and update your profile information.
How do I cancel my account?
If you choose to cancel your account it needs to be done through your PayPal account. We cannot cancel your account on our side. This is to protect your private information and to keep your credit card information safe.
