Can I use a different email address for your site than I have set up on my ClickBank account?

No.

How do I log in?

If you are not logged in, there is a “Members Only” section on each page near the top where it asks for your username and password. Enter the username and password you signed up with and click the “Login” button to enter the site.

Can I change the password you sent me to something easier to remember?

Yes. Simply log into your account and click the “Membership Details” link to the right. From there, you are taken to your dashboard where you can change your password and update your profile information.

Why can’t I log in?

This could be due to many reasons. However, most often, we sign up for so many things that we forget which usernames and passwords go with which sites! If you forget your username and/or password, contact us and we can reset it for you.

Why am I getting a message that says I’ve reached my daily login limit?

This is a security setting on our site that brings up this message. If you have logged in to your account from more than one IP address in one day, this message will appear.

Why doesn’t the login recognize my email address?

To log in, you must enter your username and password. Your username may not be the same as your email address, and if this is the case, you must log in with the username that you created.

Why can’t I access members only content when I have a membership?

It is possible that you may need to upgrade your membership! Some content is only available to certain membership levels, and if you’re not sure which content your membership gives you access to, review our membership level comparison.

How can I upgrade/downgrade my membership?

You will have to sign up for your new membership and pay through ClickBank and then cancel your previous membership through ClickBank.

Do I have to sign up for more than one month?

No. Subscription is month-to-month. Renewal each month is optional.

Can I cancel my subscription if I don’t like it?

Yes. You can cancel through ClickBank.

How do I cancel my account?

If you choose to cancel your account it needs to be done through your ClickBank account. We cannot cancel your account on our side. This is to protect your private information and to keep your credit card information safe.
